What is the return policy?

We truly care about ensuring every one of our customers feels happy and valued. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery.
Requirements for Return:
Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
Item must be the same as delivered.
In case of damage, a video of opening the parcel is required as proof
Refund Terms
For Advance Payment Orders:
If the order is returned, delivery charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:
COD charges collected in advance with the order are non-refundable in case of return.
When will I get my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location. We make sure to dispatch every order as quickly as possible and will keep you updated with tracking details once your parcel is shipped.
Are delivery charges free?
Yes, dilivery charges are free only for advance payment if you select cash on dIlivery option you have to pay dilivery charges only in advance.
